Digital Products – Non-Refundable

All products sold on SellForge are digital E-commerce tools that come with embedded code, unique integrations, and custom functionality.
Because these products are intangible, instantly accessible, and tailored upon purchase, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order is completed.

We encourage you to review product details carefully and reach out with any questions before purchasing. Our team is happy to guide you in choosing the right tool for your E-commerce business.


Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered under the following rare circumstances:

  • You were charged in error (duplicate payment).

  • You purchased but did not receive access to the product.

  • The product is proven to be completely unusable, and our support team cannot resolve the issue.

Damages & Technical Issues

European Union Customers

If you are purchasing from within the EU, please note that digital products are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period once the download, access, or activation process has begun. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to waive this right.
