Digital Product & Service Delivery

SellForge provides digital ecommerce software tools, optimization tools, technical services, consulting-related services and other digital ecommerce solutions. This page explains delivery methods and the information customers should review before purchase.

No physical shipping

Digital products and services do not require physical shipment. Delivery takes place digitally or through completion of the agreed service work, using the method described for your purchase.

Digital software and tools

Depending on the product, delivery may include a digital download, software package, installation instructions, license information or a secure access link. Review the product description for the included features, compatibility requirements, setup responsibilities and delivery timeframe. Installation or customization is included only where specified in the purchase description or agreed scope.

Digital access

Software or platform access may be provided through an email invitation, secure link or customer account. Review the purchase description for any activation steps, access duration, account requirements and third-party dependencies. Receiving an access link and successfully accessing the product are separate events. If access does not work, contact support with your order number and error details.

Technical services

Technical services involve work described in the agreed scope, rather than an automatically delivered download. Review the tasks, required permissions, customer prerequisites, deliverables and estimated timeframe before purchase. Delivery may consist of implemented changes, configuration work, technical documentation or another agreed deliverable.

Ecommerce optimization services

Optimization work may involve review, recommendations, reports or implementation, depending on the service purchased. The scope should identify the areas covered, included deliverables, exclusions and completion criteria. Delivery of the agreed work is distinct from any later sales, revenue or other business results.

Custom services and service invoices

A SellForge Service Invoice pays for work to be completed after payment. For custom services, use the project-specific written scope to identify what is included, excluded, required from you and expected at completion. Review the estimated timeframe, included revisions when applicable, milestones and assigned contact where applicable. Payment confirmation is not confirmation that service work has been completed.

Delivery methods

The delivery method specified for your purchase may include email, a secure access link, a customer account, a digital download, a service completion notification, direct communication with an assigned specialist or another stated digital method. Some projects may be fulfilled directly through SellForge, while others may be handled by specialists, strategists, developers or service professionals working through the organization.

Delivery timing and customer requirements

Review the timeframe shown in the product description or agreed project scope. Do not assume a service invoice provides immediate access or instant completion. Where the timeframe depends on information, access permissions, customer approval or a third-party platform, confirm those dependencies with your service team. If a date or delivery method is unclear, contact SellForge before purchasing. Any proposed scope or timing changes should be discussed and documented.

Service completion and review

Review delivered work against the agreed scope and completion criteria. A service completion message should identify the work completed, items delivered, completion date, access instructions and support contact. Confirm receipt or describe any missing, inaccessible or incorrect items. A payment record or sent notification alone does not establish customer approval.

Delivery documentation

Depending on the purchase and available systems, delivery documentation may include an order confirmation, invoice, delivery email, access link, actual download or access timestamp, service completion notice, customer communications and work-completion records. These records describe different events: an invoice records billing, a notification records communication, and an access timestamp records access when available. Not every type of record applies to every purchase.

Missing delivery or access problems

  1. Check the delivery method and timeframe stated in your purchase description or project scope.
  2. For email delivery, check your inbox and spam folder and confirm the email used at purchase.
  3. Email sellforge339@gmail.com with your order number, purchase email, the item purchased and a description of what is missing or not working.
  4. Include relevant non-sensitive screenshots or error messages, and explain whether you need access assistance, a progress update or review of missing deliverables.

Do not send passwords, complete payment-card details or security codes by email or chat. Ask your service team for the appropriate secure access method when permissions are required.
