Payment Concerns & Resolution

If you have a concern about a SellForge purchase or payment, please contact sellforge339@gmail.com. Contacting SellForge first, where possible, gives the team an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue directly. This support process does not restrict your ability to contact your bank or payment provider.

When to contact support

Contact SellForge if you believe:

  • A purchased service has not been received.
  • A digital tool or software access was not delivered or cannot be accessed.
  • A service is incomplete.
  • Delivered work does not match the agreed scope.
  • A charge or payment amount is incorrect.
  • A payment was duplicated.
  • You have another legitimate payment or purchase concern.

How to request help, a refund or another resolution

  1. Email sellforge339@gmail.com with your order number and the email address used for the purchase.
  2. Identify the tool or service purchased and describe the concern, including relevant dates and the affected amount and currency when useful.
  3. Explain whether you are requesting access assistance, completion of missing work, a scope review, a billing correction, cancellation or a refund.
  4. Include relevant non-sensitive screenshots, error messages, scope references or correspondence.
  5. Let the team know whether a bank or payment-provider dispute is already open so the request can be handled with the applicable payment process in mind.

Do not send passwords, security codes, full payment-card numbers or bank login information. You do not need to withdraw a bank dispute simply to contact SellForge support.

Reviewing the concern

The information relevant to an investigation depends on the purchase and the reported issue. A review should distinguish what was purchased, the agreed scope, the actual payment status, work completed, delivery information and the customer's reported concern. Where further information is needed, the team can request relevant details without asking for sensitive credentials.

A support acknowledgment is not confirmation that a refund has been approved or processed. Any proposed resolution should identify the next step, such as access assistance, investigation of missing work, a billing review or review of refund eligibility. This page does not promise a particular response deadline or outcome.

Refund and cancellation requests

Refund eligibility depends on the type of purchase, service status, applicable refund terms and applicable law. Refer to the Refund Policy associated with your purchase and provide the details needed to review your request. This page does not replace that policy, create a new refund cutoff or classify all digital tools and services under one rule.

Relevant transaction and service records

Depending on the purchase and available records, an investigation may refer to:

  • Order confirmation and invoice.
  • The product or service description associated with the purchase.
  • Relevant terms and any actual record of acceptance collected at purchase.
  • Payment confirmation and transaction information.
  • Delivery confirmation and digital-access records where available.
  • Agreed service scope and documented scope changes.
  • Service-completion records and work logs.
  • Emails and relevant WhatsApp or other customer communications where applicable.
  • Actual customer acknowledgments and support conversations.
  • Refund records and previous resolution correspondence.

Not every record applies to every order. An invoice or payment receipt does not by itself prove service completion. A sent access link does not by itself prove the customer accessed it. Records should accurately describe actual events rather than inferred delivery or approval.

Bank and payment-provider disputes

Customers may contact their bank or payment provider about a transaction. Contacting SellForge first, where possible, allows direct investigation but is not a restriction on that option. Filing a dispute is not treated by this page as an automatic violation of customer rights.

Chargeback decisions are made through the bank, card-company or payment-provider process, not by SellForge. Supporting transaction and service records may help explain the history of a purchase, but they do not guarantee an outcome. No statement on this page makes chargebacks unavailable after a month or promises a decision in SellForge's favor.

Keeping the resolution clear

Keep your order reference and relevant correspondence together. If a correction, additional delivery or refund is agreed, review the written next steps and any actual confirmation provided. Payment status, service-delivery status and resolution status are separate matters and should be described accurately.
